Revit encountered a serious error arc wire

I keep getting the "Revit encountered a serious error" message when I try to use the arc wire (WW) command. 

Using Revit 2023 on an ASUS ROG laptop.

It only happens when I have the project open on my computer. It does not happen when my co-worker opens it. 

I still get the message when using the arc wire (WW) after saving the recovery file and doing an audit. 

Only get the message when  using the arc wire (WW). I have updated Revit 2023.
