Is the phase filter = show complete?

Realistic and Consistence Colors are not the same.  The Material's Appearance Tab settings are what control how the Material looks in Realistic.  The Material's Graphic Tab settings are what control how the Material looks in Consistent Colors.  In your case, the bottom screenshot looks more like a Shaded Visual Style with Light Settings jacked up.  If so, you can adjust the Light settings under the View's Graphic Display Options.

Thanks for all the above.

It is problem with the Phase filter, set to "show complete". Color show correctly.
