Revit elements do not appear in add-in program Enscape

Recently we upgraded a project from 2018 to 2019.  The upgrade went smoothly and we had no issues with the file.

When we launched a add-in program for visualization called Enscape, which allows us to see our Revit file in a rendered type environment and walk through the project.  This is a live link to the Revit model.  We noticed that several elements were not visible in the program.  In the Revit view they are all there.  If we isolate the missing elements in Revit they all of a sudden appear in the Enscape view.

I contacted Enscape and after review they think it has something to do with the geometries in the Revit file itself.

This is the only project this appears to be happening to and am not sure how to fix it.  Any thoughts and ideas to solve this would be appreciated.

Try some troubleshooting:

-Maybe you can send (part of) the model to Enscape for testing?

-Restart computer

-Close unnecessary other software

-Try a new 3d View

-Try a smaller section/view

-See if phasing might be an issue

-See if discipline might be an issue

-Try other materials on the problematic families

-Try a different computer.

-Try a different project.

-Start a new project and bring (e.g. copy) in problematic families, one by one.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Louis,

Thanks for the tips.  Here is my reply to your points:

-I can send you a copy of the file to test.  Just let me know the best way of getting you the file(s).

-Have restarted the computer many times.  No difference.

-Have closed all software. Having other programs open does not seem to affect things.

-Have tried it with different 3d views.  Doesn't seem to matter what view you are in the same randomness of certain elements not appearing continues.

-Tried localizing the areas.  Doesn't help.  Items still do not show.

-All elements are on new construction.  There is no phasing.

-Again, this does not appear to be the issue due to the random nature of what is seen.

-The items are not families for the most part.  Most are floors and walls.  And other elements of the same type appear while others don't.  It is very strange.

-Have tried it on different computers. No difference.

-Other projects are fine.  I am working on a different project and ever thing is normal.

-Seeing how this project is far along in development I was hoping to avoid coping elements into a new file to figure out the issue.  Especially since it is time consuming.  Also,  like I stated in my post, if I select in Revit one of the elements that does not show in Enscape and I isolate said element, it appears in Enscape.

I am thinking something happened during the upgrade from 2018 to 2019 but is not a major issue of corruption for the file as all other things in the file have been fine.  This is a strange issue.
