Hi There,

I am still trying to download. I am having trouble. I asked the autodesk community and was advised to disable firewall and delete files. Yet, it's still stuck on 11 of 36 items remaining and has been for a week? Help!!!

I have a ENVY PC brand new nothing installed accept factory defaults so no files have even been saved yet. Trying to past the screenshot but unable to in the body of this message.

try going to upandready.typepad.com and using the Ask Virtual Agent to download the zipped/compressed EXE files of the software you want.  It will most likely be multiple EXE files.  Download all of them before extracting the first one.
