Hi There,

Have you checked your computer settings to see if it is powerful enough to run Revit?

I would uninstall all of your Revit software, try to reinstall. If this doens't work I would contact AutoDesk support with the error code you are experiencing.

Try to follow the steps in this link:

Hello, can try to go to desktop > select Revit icon > right click your mouse > select run as administrator and see if helps. And also here is the system requirements to run the Revit program, check your PC if meets the requirements. Thanks

Please try the steps below:

1.) Search the folder you installed the product from for a file called MSVCR100.DLL. If you find multiple copies select one with a file size of 809 KB

2.) Copy MSVCR100.DLL from the location in the install folder

Paste it into the following folders

C:\Windows\System32\

C:\windows\Syswow64

say yes to replacing the file

3.) Reboot your system and try launching the product again.

If that does not help, then try:

  1. Uninstall your Autodesk software from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features applet.
Note: If for some reason you are not able to uninstall your Autodesk software from Control Panel, please follow this link - Uninstall Using Microsoft Fix it
  1. Install Windows critical updates.
  2. Downloaded your Autodesk product installer using the Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA), the Download Now method, or the Browser Download method.
  3. Follow General installation workflow for Autodesk Products to install your software.

Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.

Regards,
