Revit doesn't seperate custom materials

Hello once again.

I have created custom brick materials, by duplicating one and adding an image as its material. I've got yellow bricks, red bricks and brown bricks. Now, when I add these materials to something (wall profile and also family) it only shows the yellow bricks, even when 'Red Bricks' or 'Brown Bricks' are selected.

Everything is fine in its settings, I have no clue what the problem may be...

Edit: I have noticed the red bricks actually turn red in the 'consistent colors' visual style, however it turns into the yellow brick picture pattern in the 'realistic' visual style

Hi, @lara.nazarian, when you duplicate a material (normally by right-click over material in #1 list) you have to also duplicate the asset of that material (by click on #2 button). Then you can make the changes on material render appearance. That's all...

Yes, I 've been there and it's a little confusing. Asset is a way to keep render material aspect separated from other Revit material settings (such identity, graphic display, physical or thermal behavior); that's why you could notice that Graphics settings showed different for both materials but Appearance not. 
Assets are only intended for rendering and you can select or replace from Autodesk materials libraries, keeping originals safe from unwanted changes.
