Is Revit available a dedicated cloud, in which to save files, and open them from any device, as happens for example for Adobe Photoshop?

Thank you.

It kinda does yes ... but it depends on your subscription/account and what it includes (THere is Autodesk Drive, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360 and Fusion 360)

Autodesk Drive is kinda similar to Google Drive but V2.0. it is a cloud storage solution that allows individuals and small teams to organize, preview, and share any type of design or model data. Autodesk Drive supports most 2D and 3D files - including DWG, RVT, DWF, PDF, JPG, and Office files.

Autodesk Docs is a cloud based collaboration and Document/Data management solution...Something like an advance Drive with lots of gadgets

BIM 360 this is Autodesks construction cloud / common data environment where you do all the collaboration, worksharing, analysis ...etc etc where all the real stuff happen
