Revit Decals Resize

 I've noticed that when I drag a decal around the size changes. Logically one would think I'm grabbing the corner grip which would resize the decal. This is not the case. The change in size also occurs using move command. Any ideas?

Never seen this behaviour. I see things as you expect, corner grips (or setting property values) change size. Moving does not change the size of the decal.

Do you see this behaviour in all your projects and also on other computers

Which Revit version do you have?
