Revit DB Link does not display buttons

My issue is the same issue found in the following link.

The solution mentioned in the link used to work on my Windows 7 computer, but this option does not exist in Windows 10.  Where can I find it (or similar solution) in Windows 10?

I have the answer for my own question.

Under Display (Windows 10) there is an option to "set a custom scaling level".  Change that to 100%.
