Revit database error 2017 r2

Hi,

A revit install on my pc got a database error message after using 2017 R2 for a few days.

Strange thing is revit lighting fixtures do not work anymore. On a different pc this lighting family does work but not in the revit file (which was made on the pc with the error).

I reinstalled the revit R2 update and now the error is gone.

BUT...

The revit file which was made on the pc with the error still cant render the lighting fixtures even used on a differnet pc! Older versions do work.

So i think the revit file has been corrupted in same way. Audit does nothing.

We havent encountered other serious problems with the corrupted revit file at the moment.

Anyone know how to get the revit file to work properly again?

First make sure you have backup(s) of your project.

Maybe you can replace the lights with a newly loaded (other) family and se what that does?

If the Revit project is corrupt user can usually do not much about it. If you are on subscription then, in your account, you could create a  support ticket and request Autodesk to have a look at your file.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

It doesn't sound like it is, but if this is a workshared file you can try the new Repair Corrupt Central Model feature and see if that helps.
