Depends how you create curtainwall panel. You need to provide screenshot and more information.

For example; it has a 3 different material in curtain panel catogory.

And; it is a Curtain Wall.

The square meters of the 3 materials look the same. As you can see from the model, they must be in different square meters.

How can i edit?

Thanks...

Are you using material takeoff?

When I generate schedule based on curtainwall, it is able to extract different material area

They all have the same Area because they all have the same Area.  Length x Height = Area.

Post the File. Let us take a look at this Custom Panel so we can see what workaround is needed.

Create Calculated value parameters in the material take-off schedule to get Area from Volume of each component in your family.

Have you considered NOT using Curtain Wall Panels and instead using Basic Wall Types?  You can replace CW Panels with Basic Walls. Did you know this? Doing so will allow you to create Parts. Parts will allow you to modify/manipulate Wall Layers - AND you can create Parts Material Takeoff Schedules.

Food for thought.

One more for you: Wall Sweeps. Looks like you might be able to employ them in your Curtain Wall's Basic Wall Panel design as well.

Thank you. In some places there are panels that I use with glass or sun shading. Should I use both wall and curtainwall at the same time?

Are you asking if you can mix panel types (Basic Walls + Curtain Wall Panels) in a Curtain Wall? Sure, you can.  Should you? Sure; whatever works for you.   BTW: a 1" thick Basic Wall could easily be a 1" thick System Panel. No difference in geometry -- or material.

Do you mind sharing your RVT?  I might have other suggestions for you, including about Scheduling.

I’m a little confused. Are you trying to use an MTO to report the total surface areas of all the cladding? If so, why?

You might be able to get there by nesting together the components of the Curtain Panel - effectively assembling the Curtain Panel with fabricated parts inside the family.

It's easy to recreate. Just open your Curtain Panel Family and Clipboard Cut each Component/Material in the Family and Paste it - Aligned to Current View - into a Plan View of a Generic Model Family. One Generic Model Family per Component/Material. Check "Shared" in all the Families.  When you have cut out and made Families of all the Components/Materials, Nest each one of them back into Curtain Wall Panel Family - origin to origin (e.g. insertion point is where the x,y, Origin Ref. Planes intersect). Now reload the Curtain Panel Family into the Project and you use it in your Project's Curtain Wall - just as you did before.  Get it?

NOTE: My components are not parametric. That's where the real work lies.  That ball is in your court.  Have fun.
