One of our staff is repeatedly getting a Revit crash when trying to set a work plane. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Is there a message or does it just close?
I reviewed the links you sent (and thank you!). None of them covered the problem of a crash when setting a work plane.
When Revit crashes, it gives the "unrecoverable error" message.
try to tick audit before opening the file, clear as much possible of warnings and install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps. thanks
We have even reached out to Autodesk customer service. They said to make sure all the Revit 2019 updates are installed (they are) and to see if disbling add-ins solves the issue (it doesn't).
@jorgedelacova7458 is this happening for ALL users or just isolated to a single machine?
Maybe try disabling hardware acceleration? Make sure any available graphics card drivers are installed.
Hi
This also happens to me. Revit 2021.1.1.2. As soon I set the workplane to a named ref plane, it just shuts down without any warning
We had to take the blunt approach and reimage the machine. No problems after that.
