In short, it is one of those issues where no one is really certain what exactly causes it and /or if it's caused by something specific. Hence, the multiple possibilities are listed on the following link to Autodesk KNW Network

Another Possibility/Solution:
If you have tried all of the above, your only option might be to Clean Uninstall and Reinstall Revit. And make sure to tidy up your PC, clean cash and temp folders...etc You may also want to provide (as attachment and not copy paste) the log file (can have a look into that and try dig up the cause)
PS: You have mentioned that you previously got replies to the same topic and none of which helped resolve the issue you are having...can you maybe provide the link to your previous post so we may know what you've tried already (helps avoid redundant replies)
