Revit crashes on moving Spot Elevation

I have a problem with foundation and the spot elevation on it.

Everytime the foundation would be moved or rotated revit throws a message that a "serious error has occurred".

If the spot elevation is moved or anything else done with it, then Revit crashes completely. I reported this error to Autodesk with the error report number CER_206567706.

If I delete the spot elevation and create a new one of the same type everything works fine, but I want to know where this error comes from.

The project and the journal log can be dowonloaded by anyone who wants to test the error:

i don't find any issues, try to tick audit before opening the files and untick use hardware acceleration from options and see if helps. thanks

Audit and disable hardware accelaration do not bring the desired success.

But in the new Update 2020.1 Revit doesn't crash anymore.
