Revit columb plaster problem and section back lines problem

Hello, I'm new to Revit, I have 2 problems. The first is the intersection of the column and wall plasters, the plasters surround the column, I do not want this to happen, I want the reinforced concrete wall to intersect with the wall, how can I do it?

My second problem is that when I cut sections in Revit, I sometimes want to show some lines in the background as dashed lines. I couldn't find a way. I would be glad if you could help me.

Switch Join Order or use a Structural Column

The structural column is already the same. The plaster materials are the same and this is what happens when the order of joining is changed.jhdrvn65_0-1703957949131.png

Regarding #2, increase the far clip distance to include the beyond roof and use Silhouettes.

No, I didn't mean beyond. I meant the part of the roof behind where I took the cross section.

I'm not following.  I can see by the behavior that you are using an Architectural Column.  Show me a screenshot of the unjoined condition.

How about setting further view clip and use match line tool.

OR set roof cut line to be much bolder than projection line, like 5 vs 1.
