Revit Collaboration question

Hello - I have a general question about collaborating with Revit.  I am working on a Revit architectural model that is uploaded to share with our team of other architects and engineers. This model has the engineers' Elec and HVAC models linked in. Then they will link to our architectural model. Pretty standard stuff - my question refers to the sheets in my project. Do you recommend having all the sheets (with their associated views, details, etc.) in the model I am uploading for the teams, or should I have a separate "Sheet" project with this cleaner architectural model linked in?  And if I have (2) separate models, which model should the annotations, dims, etc. be in?  I am trying to set it up best for sharing with the outside team, and also having worksharing on for our internal workers.

Thanks!

The consultants do not see Sheet and Views information from linked files so I see no needs to clean them up from your end.

In my opinion, you need not clear anything in your model before it is linked to others.

Well, if some one wants to link model for working, maybe, he is supposed to set the visible setting (VV) in link.

It's my method to solve the Collaboration.

Wish it's helpful.
