Our problem is the central file gets created - one user can create a local file from it, while another cannot because the 'create new local' is greyed out. Worksharing is enabled in the file. The central file location is located on the main office server. HELP!
This is the first time we have used Revit 2017 with TWO folks in the file. This is a learning curve issue likely easily solved.

This actually happened to us when we were running Revit 2015.
The problem we discovered was caused by the volume of where the Revit central file was stored was mapped differently on various staff computers.
Once we made sure everyone's computer is mapped the same way, then the 'create new local' was no longer greyed out.
