Revit Ceiling reporting automatic opening from lights?

I would like to report the x and y dimensions of lighting placed on my ceiling panels. After getting past the struggle of making a ceiling panel into a ceiling type in revit, the light does automatically cut an opening when hosted to the panel. Now I need to somehow report or schedule the location of the light relative to the panel (for fabrication purposes) but there does not seem to be any native way in revit to do this. Does anyone have a solution, perhaps with Dynamo?

I had done something very similar before. Can you upload part of your model with some ceiling panels and lighting fixtures placed? I'll see if I can come up with some solutions.
