revit building book calculation computing door quantities problems

Hello friends,

We use our own created door/window families, every time when Quantification comes to computing the door quantities the entire system just stops working. I tried it in 2019 + 2020 versions ( updated hotfix ), the result is always the same. It used to work perfectly , but now it's a total waste of time for me.

I was wondering what your experiences are, the quantification tool is something that has a lot of potential but I don't really enjoy it to be honest, with the extreme long computation duration and the crashes.

When you let the system calculate, this takes approx. 30 minutes ( doors only ) the calculation tool does finish. So it does calculate the doors, but it gives the impression it's stuck.
