revit beginner - manhole !

Hello everyone !

I am a student and as part of an exercise, I have to model a "concrete manhole with a hopper", but I do not know how to do it, what part of revit used "structure" or "architecture". I am a beginner and I only used the architecture part but just to make a simple small house . I'm looking for tutorials on the subject because I didn't found smthg, and otherwise tracks with the commands to use please!

Thank you very much ,

Hana

There are many ways to do it. You could build families and create something using Dynmao. Here you need experience with Revit.
try it with solids? You can change these as you need them. If you assign materials to these solids, you may as well use them for renderings. Because it is a student assignment it should be enough.

I hope I could help you

Best Regards
dill

research what it is first get some specifications on what it is see examples in the link below.

Manhole with hopper

then research how to create a Revit family (see link below)

Revit family (how to)

you tube videos can be a good resource and then it is trial and error

using Solids , voids , sweeps and Profiles you should be able to complete your task

good luck
