Revit Array with User Input Dimension

I am trying to make a family in which I input a quantity of the element needed, in this instance an angle clip, then it lets me input the distance for each individual distance of the elements. For instance I need 4 angle clips so I input 4 for the quantity then for the first two dimensions I input a value of 3'-9" but the 2-3 dimension I need it to be a different dimension such as 2'-0" and the last one 3'-9". This is instance specific because sometimes I need more clips sometimes I need less and the dimensions in between them depend on whats going on with other thing. So I am thinking making an array that I can specify the quantity would be useful but also need to be able to set the distance between them "independently" from each other. Independently meaning from the center to center of one to another are different.

Would appreciate any help.

Divide the problem in 3 segments. Only the second segment is an array. The first and third segments are instances of the clip family, constrained to reference planes and length parameters.

NOTE: After Arraying, Align and Lock the beginning and last instance to the "Offset" Ref. Planes.
