I am working on project file in Revit under the architectural template.I wanted to know that If I copy elements of one completed project and paste it to a completely new project. Then is there a way to find out that I copied the elements from completed project?
1.)But once when we paste it , after that all elements like walls, doors ,windows are separated, then how can we know this is copied from different project?
2.)Can we know history of commands used?
Thank you
Rather than copy and paste, I would recommend linking from one file to the other. The display of the linked file can be controlled by controlling the display of worksets in the host file.
Look at the Collaborate tab in Revit - you will see the Show History button.
This will show the history of when the file was saved and sync'ed
For commands - open and read the Journal file

You can group the elements and name the group (old project name) then copy and paste the group into the new project.
