1. Unfortunately are are not direct ways to calculate Ramp volume. But we can achieve it using some custom parameters.

I tried to place project parameter ( Instance ), only info automatically taken out from Ramp is its "width" rest length and thickness

 used are instance..

1A. In case to Curved ramp this method would go haywire..

2. Curtain wall and generic wall clash needs little more explanation, but can be looked into that.

3. Columns are very tricky, I have showed some layers of column in attached Revit file. See if that info helps you.

Columns are usually pure structural..

3a. For Cladding and other layers design, Walls can be used but it wont be categorised under Columns.

Cheers!

For columns and beams, you can create separate families as per your requirement. Meaning creat the family for the column and beam with separate layers.

2. If a regular wall and a curtain wall are clashing, then obviously they exist in the same physical space. When you place a curtain wall into a regular wall, there is a checkbox on the quick-settings bar that determines whether the curtain wall will automatically embed itself into the regular wall or not. If that checkbox is checked, then placing the curtain wall will cut the appropriate opening into the regular wall. If it is NOT checked, then placing the curtain wall will not cut a hole, and the two walls will coexist in the same space. To fix that condition, use the Cut tool to cut the regular wall with the curtain wall.
