Revit Architecture 2015 Activation

I have been using Revit Arch 2015 for four months now and the past few days it has been requesting that I activate it every time i open Revit.  I follow the steps for automatic activation and eveything works fine but the next time close and open Revit it asks again.  Has anyone seen this and have any idea how to fix this?

There are several reasons why Autodesk license is broken. It can be because major hardware changes (like motherboard), but I don't think this is the case. I also notice that wrong system date can cause this too. I had this experience when my CMOS battery is low.
