Working using a borrowed license on a 360 (Docs) project. Every five-six minutes the software hangs with a spinning cursor for 30s-1min. This is happening like clockwork now for two days.
I've restarted, etc, verified network connectivity, etc (edit: working remotely, not at office where license server is located). I've seen references to past versions in the forums where users shut down the lmu.exe service but see no matching entry in the task manager. Regardless I suspect this might affect interaction with 360 (maybe).
Any suggestions for how to resolve this hang? It's "only" every six minutes but over the course of the last day added up to a significant number of interruptions and lost rhythm.
Thanks for this post. I was having the same "not responding" experience and had a hard time figuring why.
Then I saw this post, turned off "Borrow License" and Revit 2019.2 returned back to normal. A collegue is facing the same in 2019.1
Autodesk: you need to fix this.
Been an issue for a long time.... your best bet is to stay connected to the network on the VPN.
Now one item that supposedly fixed this is if you have Archvision installed...if so disable it when you are working remotely.
