Revit Annotation(Dimension)

I want to retrieve the dimensions from active document. The dimensions which I have applied to the model, I want only those dimensions. I want tessellated data of those dimensions. Any api which can retrieve applied dimensions and get its tessellated data??

Pretty sure you can collect and send the result to Excel using dynamo.

Another old-school method is export all views to DWGs and create data extraction to collect all dimension objects.
