Revit and Recap - coordinates

Hi all, 

can anyone help me out with this:

1. rcp file from one scan and rcp files from more scans after registration in Recap are not on the same coordinates in Revit
2. In Revit there is not clear if the cloud points are on the right coordinates. Revit somehow simplifies points and our client is not sure when is the moment this Revit does. It is distance around 5 centimeters.
