Hello all,
I work for an MSP company and one of our clients works almost exclusively out of Revit, and there is a subset of those people using BIM 360. There is one workstation that does not have the personal Revit Accelerator process (RevitAccelerator.exe) running on their machine. I do not even have the option to enable the Accelerator process to startup automatically in Task Manager (Win10). I can start the process manually but I want it to start automatically.
Another couple of discrepancies between the 2 machines is that the "Autodesk BIM 360 Revit 2018 Add-in 64 bit" does not show up on the list of installed programs in Control Panel on the machine that the Accelerator does not automatically start up. On the working machine it is installed.
Any ideas?

When you mentioned two machines - are they in the same location?
Since you've mentioned Revit 2018 can you ensure you all are on the same build? Can you ensure that that Revit is updated?
