So we just moved over to Revit 25 from 24 (late I know), and I just found out about the sheet numbering changes. When duplicating a sheet instead of going: 001, 002, it now goes: 001, 001 (1). See below link for an unsolved forum post for the same subject.
Has anyone found a way around this to make it work as previous?
Is there a way to create a sheet collection with something in the background that makes the sheet numbering work as it used to?
Or are we stuck with this new method and having to renumber every sheet?
Not really a solution as duplicating is probably the process needed here but you could create a Sheet List Schedule and here it picks the next number in the List if adding a Data Row and these can then be used in Placeholder Sheets
Alternatively you could have Placeholder Sheets already setup in your Template with Prenumbered Sheets and pick from the list
Thanks @jay_colcombe, but at that rate I might as well just change the numbering as I go.
Agreed, that's what I would do!
