REVIT 2024 Repeating Detail Component invisible while placing

Noticed when using repeating detail component in Revit 2024, it is invisible while placing. it's not until I have finished placing that it becomes visible. also goes back to invisible when I select it. I have never had an issues with previous versions.

Same here.

Changing graphics options, theme, view visual styles, view detail level, etc. all make no difference.

I'm going to say its a bug/glitch as with every new release of revit there tends to be something not working properly until they fix it

All we can hope is that someone from Autodesk will read the post, if it goes without getting marked as solved long enough, and get a fix worked into the next patch.

incase it helps anyone, i have the same problem as described above. but with the additional issue repeating detail components are not printing.

In the print settings, 'Hidden Line Views' Remove Lines Using: Vector/Raster processing. our standard is to use raster processing. however swapping to vector processing, the repeating detail items then get printed. i will have to do some additional testing to see what effects it has on the rest of our documentation.

In our case, we set our Print Setup, Hidden Line Views to Raster Processing...that seem to work.

The latest update patch resolved the issue.

I reported the issue to Autodesk in April 2023 and it was resolved in update 2024.1 Thank you.
