Revit 2024 Crashes often...

When I drop the families (custom windows and doors), transfer project standards (from previous projects), error occurs. I am not able to save a project as is nor as a recovery file, when this error occured.

I would like to know why this is happening and how to not have this error again. Please advise me what's going on on my computer or Revit program.

Hi,

You could see if more details are mentioned in the journal.

A bit more info, pleas. Does this happen on a certain project (Transfer standards from and to) or only for specific project/family?, Could be a corrupt model/family.

Anyone else in you're firm with this issue?

However a quick google search turned this up:

All updates installed for Revit?

Thank you for your response!
My co-worker also had similar errors and can not save it as recovery folder.
the errors occur when;
1. Transfer project standards from our finished project (different person's project created in different computer) to my working Revit project, error occur.
2. Load exterior doors, load windows (not standard family from Autodesk, our firm created) error occur.
v 14.1.0.10619 - 240 MB Feb.28 update is pending.
I will check the link you have sent me.

Also disable your plugins to see if  they cause problems
