Revit 2023: Why the added level doesn’t get in line with other levels on the 3D?

Revit 2023: Why the added level doesn’t get in line with other levels on the 3D?

For example, in the screenshots below, as level 4 is added, it doesn’t get in line with other levels.

How this can be controlled?

Why not just copy an existing level with the extents as you like?

You can copy the level instead place a new one.  Or, assign them to the same scope box.

Check this video how to control your grid and understand how it works. Your grid comes in 3d and 2d setting. The minute you drag the 3d element, the extent of the level changes globally. If you aren't careful, you will get mis-match level at your 3d view.

Copying the level doesn’t create new level as per the screenshots below. The created level remains dark but not blue

What could be the issue here?

Add a new plan view associated to the new level and it will turn blue.

I couldn’t figure out how to “add new plan view associated to the new level. How this can be performed?

View > Plan Views > Floor Plan

Create a new floor plan view, choose the new level from the list: View ribbon > Plan View > Floor Plan
