Hello everyone,
I would like to reach out to the Autodesk community regarding an issue I have been experiencing with Revit 2023 on my recently upgraded Dell Precision Laptop. While working on my new project, I have encountered a recurring problem whenever I attempt to add curtain walls, windows, or doors to my model. The view in which I am making these additions consistently shuts down automatically, accompanied by an error message. Upon attempting to reopen the affected view, it appears distorted and unusable.
I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including trying different versions of Revit such as the 2022 version and working on other projects. Additionally, I have restarted my PC, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions from the community regarding the possible causes of this problem and any preventive measures I could take. Your expertise and guidance would be immensely valuable in resolving this matter.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Kind regards,
Seda
