Create a titleblock the size you want and choose Use Sheet Size when export to PDF.
Hi, it's not working perfectly, if I try to print the default template with A0 or A1 format there's some missing lines at the right and at the bottom. I had to use a PDF driver with a custom A0 and A1 with the exact dimensions to have all my lines print correctly. The Export function seems to trunk 1 millimiter at right and at the bottom.

Not that I know of, whether export to PDF or print to PDF. Can you show your export and/or print settings?
Thank you to answer me. Here some screen captures with the problem I encounter. To solve it I have to use a third-party PDF printer.
Thanks,
André
So you want to print outer border aka the edge of paper to PDF. We never show them, only crop mark at each corner.
Change the outer border to a subcategory with a thicker lineweight so that half of it is still legible when export to PDF.
