Revit 2023 icon gone missing although it says installed on add and remove

Hi,

I have an issue with Revit for some odd reason I am getting the white files and although Revit says it has been installed, I can't open Revit on windows 10 or locate the icon see pics. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled Revit but still same issue.

Tried it still nothing Icon is completely gone.
