Revit 2023: How to sketch the ceiling of a level in multiple parts?
For example, in the screenshot below, I wanted the ceiling of level 1 to be composed of 3 parts such that their areas appear separately in the takeoff schedule.
How this can be performed knowing that the Revit doesn’t accept the lines of the ceiling to intersect?
Why the does Revit consider the ceiling as one block?
I remove the indicated lines and sketched the one in the middle but never worked with me. What I might need to consider?
You are on the right step. However don't edit the existing two ceilings. Instead create new ceiling and draw the middle portion of the ceiling. Once you done that, your schedule should appear 3 ceilings
On the off chance you've missed this, I'll add, when the ceiling tool is active notice the option to Sketch Ceiling vs Automatic Ceiling.
Automatic Ceiling will create a ceiling that fits within the nearest available boundaries while Sketch Ceiling will require you to draw each boundary. If you want three ceilings then either create one automatic ceiling, then edit the sketch. Copy/Paste the ceiling in the same place and Edit that ceiling's sketch, repeat for the third.
I'd just create a ceiling using Sketch instead and repeat two more times until I have three ceilings, as desired.

The reason I start editing before sketching other portions of the ceiling is to have a clue where I am, as if I don’t then I got no idea where are the already sketched ceilings.
What could be the best practice to manage this situation? To sketch the ceiling but still to see the already sketched ones
Floor plan will only show floor element that cut according to the cut plane. If you set your view range the above 2.6m, then the ceiling will show. Instead of messing up your floor plan view range, I would use ceiling plan instead.
