Same problem with Revit 2023+2024:
Program starts up fine and families can be opened, no problem. But as soon as I open a new project (existing or new) the program crashes with a no response error.
Windows 11, newest version, definitly meets the minimum requirements.
Revit 2023+2024 are freshly installed (never opened a project before on this PC).
Other Autodesk products (AutoCAD) are working fine.
What can I do?
Open a support ticket through your autodesk.manage.com account portal - or contact your Autodesk reseller. That would probably be the fastest way to resolve in this case.

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums! The first thing to check is to ensure you have all the updates installed.
