Hello, hoping someone can help me with this issue.
We're getting the following error when trying to open a Cloud file/project, see attached.
I tried what it recommended, by renaming the Autodesk, Inc folder to Autodesk, Inc_OLD, and that doesn't work.
I've tried do a clean uninstall and re-install of Revit, and the error goes away for a few weeks at most, but then the same thing comes back.
The only other thing I can think of trying is doing full re-image of the computer and seeing if that helps.
The other odd thing is that it seems to only happen with this one cloud project file. Not sure if there's a way to verify/repair a project file or not.
Looking for ideas/ a solution.
