Revit 2022 Material Library doesn't work

Hi All,

Revit 2022 installation went ok, with the Content in the right Location but the Material Library doesn't work at all, e.g. I can't assign a different materials to a wall layer.

What shall I do?

I've had an issue like this before when upgrading Revit versions. Only fix I was able to get working is to un-install everything Revit, all Revit versions, and every material library, then install a fresh copy of the Revit version you need. Hopefully someone has a solution that isn't as time consuming though...

Open the Appearance Tab of the Material and swap out the Appearance Asset with another one from the Asset Browser.  There you will find tons of Appearance Assets - as well as Physical Assets, etc.  Or are you saying you don't have an Asset Browser?

...just to be clear, you assign Materials to Wall Layers in the Edit Assembly dialog box of the Wall Type.

Yes, I do not have the Asset Browser.

When I click on 'By Category" it is stuck, it doesn't open any new window

I have done that but it didn't work.

How ever I need to keep RVT 2019 at the moment. Here the Mat Lab is ok

I have tried the 1, 2 and 4 but nothing changed. 

I still need to try the 3rd cause solution if it works but I might nee the IT
