Revit 2022 material browser not working well

Revit 2022 material browser and asset browser is lagging and freezing. i am unable to edit materials. kindly help

If this helps anyone, the lag time has markedly decreased since I discovered that my computer was not using the external graphics card at all. I followed the instructions here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-is-not-using-my-nvidia-graphics/499...

There is still a small issue with freezing, but it is on the order of seconds rather than minutes now.
