Revit 2022 is not loading anything when working with a project hosted on Autodesk Docs

Last Friday, we were able to launch a project that was stored in Autodesk Docs with Revit 2022. But today, when we open it, Revit is blank and grayed out in the tabs. I tried running as admin and running without a Third Party Anti-virus. But the same grayed out screen pops up as shown in the attachments.

We ended up getting assistance from the support team and what fixed it in our situation was removing all local files and generating new local from scratch.
