Revit 2021 - Revision Schedule Filter

Is there a way to filter a revision schedule in a titleblock family? Currently our titleblock has one revision schedule for sheet specific revisions (the standard revision schedule you see, auto-populates when you add a revision cloud). I'd like to add a second revision schedule for the major drawing issues (like a project with multiple bid packages) - this would be for when I choose the "revisions on sheet" instance parameter in the properties menu.

The best way I can think to do this would be to create two revision schedules in our titleblock, but filtering isn't an option. Is there a user-friendly work-around for this? I'm okay with doing some work to set it up in the titleblock but would be prefer it to be relatively simple to use once it's loaded into our template.

You might look into PyRevit. It's a free add-in.

I already know how to set revisions on a sheet. I'm looking for a way to put two different filtered revision schedules on the sheet - one that lists the on-sheet revisions (clouded revisions), and one that lists the drawing issues (bid set 1, bid set 2, etc.). The PyRevit add-in will batch add a revision to a lot of sheets but doesn't solve the schedule problem.

Not sure this would solve your problem, but take a look:

I too need a filtering function for revision schedule.
Autodesk - please allow Filtering in Revision Schedules - hopefully this feature can be added with hot fix?

No you don't. You need to use something else for a  "Submission" schedule. IME, submissions can be included in the revision schedule but I much prefer a separate section for submissions.

If you insist in using Revision schedules then you can use Sorting/Grouping using an unused field such as Issued to or Issued from, to compress the rows you don't want to show to a single blank row.

I use a sheet schedule for that purpose.
