Revit 2021 - Poor Printing quality of PDF using Vector and 300 DPI

Poor Printing quality of PDF using Vector and 300 DPI. I tried changing it to 600 DPI. No change. I also though maybe the Floor was causing issues since they are embedded at the Top of the Floor. Attached is a Snapshot of the Model & the PDF. PDFs are printed using PDF-XChange Lite.

Are you seeing this only when zoomed in?

 

It's hard to see any difference between the two snapshots because you have thin Lines turned on in Revit.

The Blue Boxes are not filling in in the PDF.

That discrepancy can be seen in the model, also. It's model elements that are interfering with the fill.
