I have been having this issue where after a little while, the whole interface becomes unresponsive. I can move my mouse around and the model in the view, but I end up not being able to do any command. Left-clicking on buttons and menus highlights them and clicks them, however the commands do not register a response. It is so bad that I cannot even exit from the program, either by clicking on the "x" in the top right or "Exit Revit" in the File menu. I have to force close it with the Task Manager. The scariest part is that it will not let me save either. What could be causing this?
Have you tried to Repair the installation?
This is a good idea. I will have to see if my IT team can do it since we install with network packages.
try to update your graphics card driver and have you try to untick use hardware acceleration from options and see if helps. thanks
