Is there a way to do this update or do I have to uninstall the old build and install whole Revit (build 21.1.21.45)?

Thanks, but simple "yes" or "no" would help me, so I wouldn't have to read pages to maybe find out, something. This build-number hasn't been a problem before (after 2010).

I have no idea what this response means.

The Revit 2021 updates are cumulative and include all changes from previously released Revit 2021 updates. but it is strongly recommended that you read entire Release Notes before you apply an update to your licensed copy of Autodesk Revit 2021 with Subscription Updates applied, either as a standalone product or as part of a collection or product suite, such as AEC Collection, Autodesk Building Design Suite 2021, Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite 2021, or Autodesk Plant Design Suite 2021.

But if you don't want to "have to read pages to maybe find out something",  then don't.

Have a good day.

Ok, we have now read those releaser notes but there is no answer to my original question. I guess we have to uninstall 20 pcs of Revit 2021 (build 21.1.20.44) and install them again with new installation package (build 21.1.21.45), beacause there is no hotfix for this. Then we will have all our 40 installations with same build-number, which is recommended when working with same project.

We are running into the same exact issue. I wish there was a way to bring the build to the same version but......just more bad design of revit deployments.

To clarify, these two builds are identical and there is no need to update Revit if it is already version 21.1.20.44.

The two versions help to indicate how Revit was originally installed.  21.1.20.44 is the version for Revit 2021 installations where the 2021.1.2 Hotfix was applied.  21.1.21.45 is the version of Revit 2021 installations that were installed using the currently available Revit 2021.1.2 full installer, which includes the 2021.1.2 Hotfix and therefore does not require this hotfix to be applied after the initial installation.
