Revit 2021: How to create a drop-down menu for a field (parameter) added in the ceiling schedule?

I couldn’t figure out if there is a simple way to create a drop-down menu for a field (parameter) added in the ceiling schedule, similar to how it is available for the “Phase Created” field.

Until you have assigned some values to some ceilings for your parameter "Usage", you won't get any drop down. Go into one ceiling and type something into the Usage parameter field, then go into another ceiling and type in something different into the usage field. Once this is done, go back into your schedule, and you will see that there is now a drop down selection for either of the parameters you just typed. If the usage parameter for all of your ceilings is blank, you won't have any drop down options to choose from.

there is some way to make drop down list,but you can also use the Schedile keys from your ceiling category:
