revit 2021 content & template library location

i am trying to locate where the ootb content and template libraries are. i tried to follow the similar path as previous releases have kept the libraries but no luck.

There were some changes in how content is installed in the 2021 release, the following article has information on this topic: Templates and family files not installed or missing in Revit

The quickest way (when working in Revit) to get to this content is to use the Get Autodesk Content command from the Insert Ribbon.
