In Revit 2016 the creation of Custom Glazing for Conceptual Energy Analysis is described by the instruction manual located here.
I have a use case where I am trying to do the same in Revit 2021 but have had no success duplicating the Revit 2016 workflow.
In Revit 2021 is it possible to create Custom Glazing for Conceptual Energy Analysis?
Thanks in advance for any information the community may be able to offer.

At which step(s) do you have a trouble with?
Step #6 is where the process falls apart.
Try as I might I cannot find a way to split the Mass Exterior Wall to form an area to set as Mass Glazing.

I am attempting to split a planar surface. Please see the image below for the simple demo Energy Model that I am attempting to modify with Mass Glazing.
I use Revit 2022 and I don't seem to have any issues split face a planar surface from a mass. I can do it both in the mass editor or in the project environment, though I recommend to do it in the mass editor. Can you share the model?
Please keep in mind, I am trying to operate on a mass surface of the Energy Model created against Conceptual Masses in order to set Mass Glazing areas.
Please see the attached Revit 2021 demo file as the working example.
