Hi everyone, I just have a problem creating slanted walls on my student version of Revit 2020. It doesn't seem to have the Cross-section instance on the Properties at the left side of the interface which gives you a Vertical or Slanted option for the selected wall. Is there anyone here that has the same problem? Could this be a feature that isn't available on the student version?

you can refer to these LINK and LINK and see if helps. thanks
When you tick on the Room Bounding parameter for a model element, Revit uses the element as a boundary for a room. This boundary is used to compute the area and volume of the room and does not configure for slanted wall. thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. With a bit more research, I figured out that the feature I was looking for has only been adapted to the latest version (2021). Although you can actually do a slanted wall by creating an In-place mass and applying a wall on it, as instructed on the youtube video you have posted. Thanks again, mate!
no worries, glad to help. thanks ![]()
