Hi, help needed please - I have a permanent license for Revit 2020. My PC crashed last week and I have purchased an new one. When I accessed my Autodesk account there we no products listed there for some reason. So I downloaded Revit 2020, put the product key and serial number that I have in and got a message that they were invalid. The only Autodesk help is an AI that doesn't understand me
Can anyone suggest a way out of this so I can start working again?

Don't you have the original media kit? If not, perhaps your Autodesk Reseller can help you. That's who I'd reach out to if I were you. Even if you did have the original media kit, there have been numerous patches released that would also need to be found and applied. I can see that it's going to be a PITA. Hope I never have to go there. Good luck.
Thanks, I was afraid that would be the only solution! Originally it was all done as an online download, I have the documentation with the serial number, which the system is rejecting, but thats all. I had to do this a couple of years ago but it was easy because my Autodesk account had my license listed so it could just be done as a reinstall.
